Are you looking for an apartment in a traditional Spanish community with AMAZING sea views? Then look no further!
In this two-bedroom top floor apartment, you have fantastic sea views from almost every room, making the Mediterranean a beautiful part of everyday life.
One of many great features is the south-facing glazed terrace, a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book or simply take in the views. There is also a second, open terrace facing northwest, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.
Since 2017, the apartment has undergone several updates, creating a comfortable home while still keeping the charm and character of the community.
The layout also offers great flexibility for the one who would like to give it a little updats. The kitchen can easily be opened up towards the living room to create a more spacious and social open-plan. Alternatively, the kitchen could be moved into the living room, allowing the existing kitchen to become a potential third bedroom.
The community Balcón de Benavista offers lovely communal gardens and two pool areas. One of them is located only a few steps away from the apartment that will undergo a big renovation during the upcoming months that will really lift the community even more.
Located in the sought-after El Paraíso area of Estepona, close to golf, beaches, restaurants and local amenities, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a sea view apartment on the Costa del Sol, whether as a permanent or holiday home.
Come and see it for yourself — We think you will love it!

Rare Corner Townhouse with Villa Feel and Panoramic Sea Views in El Paraíso Alto A special opportunity to acquire a corner townhouse in an exceptionally private community of just three homes, sharing an expansive landscaped plot of 1.625m2 with a swimming pool in El Paraíso Alto. Surrounded by timeless Andalusian villas and newly built luxury residences, the property occupies an elevated position with panoramic views across the coastline and Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar and Africa. Its privileged corner setting, closest to the extensive gardens and pool, creates the space, privacy and atmosphere of a private villa. The house is arranged over two floors, with the entrance on the upper level. Here, a particularly spacious and wide living room features a fireplace and opens onto a glazed terrace extending across the full length of the room. This floor also includes a separate dining room, kitchen with its own entrance, adjoining utility room, entrance hall and guest toilet. A second glazed terrace runs across the width of the house in front of the bedrooms, offering further living space and a direct connection to the peaceful surroundings. The property is presented in good condition and benefits from two recently installed air-conditioning units. At the same time, it offers exciting potential for a future owner to modernise and reconfigure the interior, possibly transforming it into a contemporary three- or even four-bedroom home.
