A golf community is a gated residential development built around one or more courses, usually with shared amenities like a clubhouse, restaurants, pools, and often 24-hour security. In our experience, well-located frontline golf properties in established communities hold value strongly, there’s a permanent supply ceiling (no new frontline lots are being created) and a consistent international buyer pool.
