The good thing is 1) it doesnt leave the usual cig smell, 2) Although not fully but it does taste a bit like cig, and 3) it stops me from smoking more than 1 stick per session as the heating device does not allow you to immediately smoke another heat stick without having to put it back in the charger for a few mins

With regards to a scenario where someone could potentially be either distracted or have reduced visibility then there is potential for a crash but its certainly not something we have come across whereas mobile phone distraction is a regular distraction that we come across in fatal/serious collisions. Many drivers are aware of the dangers associated with sun glare which can partially impair vision and, in more severe cases, cause crashes

However, with that being said, there are not many countries out there that do this, especially not the USA, so this is not really a realistic option
