The smoking cessation intervention will be a program embedded in the participating clinics and will include (1) a weekly 6075-min CBT smoking cessation counseling group which will be led by facilitators that have been trained through the Kick Ash program and may be a nurse, pharmacist, clinician, SUD counselor, behavioral health clinician, or counselor and (2) smoking cessation medication that will be prescribed by a psychiatrist, pharmacist, or primary care doctor licensed clinician
